Worst customer service not only from a bar but a business in general. I would never suggest to anyone, not even my worst enemy. My friends and I paid the $5 cover to get in had a few drinks the night before thanksgiving. We stepped outside for a smoke and the bouncers refused to let us back in to retrieve our belongings. It was 36 degrees outside and we were told to wait until 2:00 to get back in, which was a half an hour. We waited in the cold and at 2 were still told we could not come back inside. The management had no sympathy or apology for our experience. They held our items from us even though we paid to be in their establishment. When speaking to a manager he was hostile and unprofessional when hearing our complaint of refusal to collect our belongings and go home, never apologizing for the actions of the bar once. Horrible experience. Do not go unless you want your personal items lost inside and be physically assaulted by staff. They also wished everyone a good evening except people who voiced their distaste with the management. Horrible work moral, ethics, and respect in regards to clients. In addition, on a half full night the bathrooms were just as disgusting As a packed Friday night. Despicable and absolutely horrendous. I will never, I repete, never, go back and have been a faithful patron until today
