Just Baked

I ordered the rosette cake for a friend's birthday. While the cake looked pretty, the taste was gross. My friend loves the color red, but I was hesitant to get the red frosting because of past experiences with red frosting being nasty. The worker at Just Baked told me numerous times that the red frosting at Just Baked was unlike other places and would not be affected by the red dye at all. Needless to say, I received the cake and the frosting was absolutely disgusting! I was also told that "Happy Birthday" would be written on the cardboard around the cake. Instead, I received a small circle atop of the cake saying Happy Birthday (which is not at all what I was told was going to be done nor what I had paid for). The customer service is also horrible! When I went into the storefront, the server had an attitude that I wasn't pleased with my cake (as if it's my fault that they screwed over my cake). She also proceeded to tell me that they don't actually bake the cakes at this location and that there was nothing that they could do about the cake, but that she would pass on my number to her bosses. I have yet to receive a phone call from anyone about my complaint. I've even called the store numerous times and no one has yet to call me back. Words of advice: Do not order your cake from here.
