I’ve went to Saica more times than I can count and their sushi rolls are always so amazing! I recommend it to anyone i know looking for a quick and delicious sushi place. My favs are the crazy boy roll and their spicy shrimp tempura.

my favorite food is sushi so i am constantly in and out of new places but this has been one of the best places in ann arbor that i have tried. friendly staff, great food, and the atmosphere is beautiful with lots of vegan options. it is one of the only places i have found with actual flavorful ramen that is vegan. it was my first time going today with my boyfriend and i have a feeling we will be returning here religiously.

Food was wonderful and the service very good. We wanted to try new foods and unfortunately I didn't get a pic of the me u so I don't remember the names. Has some sushi and that was probably the only thing I thought could have been better. Had salmon for and it was kind of dried and stuck together, as if had been made earlier. Miso soup to start was nice and very fresh. The Tako Yaki/octopus balls were delightful and lovely presentation. The tofu soup, sorry don't remember the name, was alright but not fantastic. Didn't make a good vegetarian entré nut the presentation was fantastic as it came to the table bubbling and boiling away. Brought most of it home. We also had something like Bibimbop (Hwauh bimbop?) but was fresh fish instead of meat? See the pics. It was spectacular. Really the highlight. The greens were so fresh and crisp and the rest of it was delicious especially with the chili sauce. Overall would definitely do again.

Food are delicious, little pricy, 2 entree 1 sushi 1 appetizer over $70 including tips and tax. Waitress little inpatient, no greeting, rushing you to order. Took forever to refill water.

Saica restaurant is incredible. My boyfriend and I love to go here regularly - it’s our favorite in town. The food is delicious & hot every time and always speedy. The owners are very kind and even taught us how to say the Japanese names for items correctly. We order the same thing so often that they even started to remember our names. Highly recommend.

I ate at Saica Sushi recently. I ordered three vegetarian rolls. The rolls are made by two guys near the cashier's counter. They do not wear masks and probably not even gloves. When the rolls were brought to me, there was a hair on one of the rolls. I pointed that out to the manager and he took it back to the "rolls counter". The "rolls guys" hastily re-made one of the rolls, this time without hair fortunately! My server was nice and polite and wore a mask at all times. However, I was put off by the two maskless "rolls guys" who put hair into my food. I usually refrain from negatively reviewing any business. However, this has happened with me on one previous occasion at the same restaurant. On that occasion, I found a long hair in my drink. The drink was promptly replaced, but considering that I found hair in my food on two separate occasions, I thought I should warn other customers. Their food is good, but don't be alarmed if you find hair etc. in your food. My suggestion to the restaurant is that they should train the staff in proper hygiene practices. Thanks.

We ate lunch there today. It was excellent. Many of us had sushi and it was made from fresh ingredients and had a fantastic presentation. I had Katsu Don and it was outstanding. We will be going back. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it.
