Pizza Pino Eatery

We have been receiving delivery service here at the office for a few years. We order pretty much the same thing each time. However in today’s order the spinach salad was visibly different – drastically smaller. I called to question, asking if they changed portions or were we delivered the small vs. the large. Adamant that the portion did not change and he made no error in prep. Normally, two of us split the salad. For $7.99, plus delivery, plus tip - TOTAL rip off. Horrible customer service - no attempt to resolve. We will not be ordering from them again.

These guys do use fresh ingredients and make some pretty good food. However, the odds of getting exactly what you ordered are astronomically slim. So if you're the sort of person who is bummed when they get well-done instead of med-rare, or a turkey sub in place of a veggie, you'll find disappointment here. The last straw for us was when 3 times in a row--they gave us "Chipati" sauce rather than the "Chipotle" sauce we ordered. This burned us since the restaurant had time to go back into our order to charge us extra for the sauce, but couldn't take the time to give us the right one (or even to come up with a way to label these two products so they are clear to the staff). Spending $40 on a meal for two is a lot for us, so to do that and be disappointed with the results is a dealbreaker. Also, they never refunded us for the stupid sauces even after I called. Really?

Love food but the restaurant itself was disgusting!!!!!! Horrible looks like floors havent been touched in years bathroom was hideous they should be ashamed of themselves every table had food on it highchairs and booster seats look 40 years old so dirty outside of garbage cans disgusting walls light switches everything is covered in dirt n grime they need to shut down for a day or 2 and do some serious deep cleaning wont come back until they do

Was absolutely terrible. Got delivery, didn't receive some of the food I ordered so he just cashed in my money without giving me what I paid for. ON top of it, food quality was terrible and I was sick because of whatever that owner fed me and I had to miss work the next day because of my stomach ache.
