With so many businesses struggling to limp along, it is reassuring to know this location is no different. To be clear, this is a management issue, with understaffing to meet the demand. The poor woman behind the counter was so busy she had trouble answering that there was not in fact, anything there resembling hot or ready. If you do visit, be sure to order well ahead of time.

Worst Little Caesars in Ann Arbor. Visit 1: closed at 11:45 AM (45 minutes after sign says they're open) Visit 2: "Do you have any hot and ready's? "No" Visit 3: "Do you have any hot and ready's?” "They're in the oven." Leaves, cuts, pizza, puts in hot box, rings me up." "Great, can I get a pizza." "They're still in the oven." 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This place used to be decent but today we received a wrong pizza AGAIN for at least the 4th time this year. The first time we called and they told us there was nothing that they could do about it and that their system wouldn't even allow for them to replace it with a free, correct pizza. They informed us that we should call customer support for a refund. The second time this happened, we just let it slide and didn't even bother to contact anyone but when it happened a third time, we called customer support and again received a refund. I just hung up with customer support who has issued a ticket as well as a refund. After 4 times in about as many months, I'm done with this place. I have no idea why it would be so difficult to get a round pizza with NO sauce but with extra cheese but apparently that is a big challenge at this location. My kids love Little Caesars but it looks like I'll be looking for a new location. Hopefully the next place can get this straight.

Never has any Hot-N-Ready pizzas and the staff try to ignore you. Went today to try and get a pizza stood there for 5 min, was never acknowledged, asked another customer if they knew about any hot and ready they said they were waiting for one... so I called another Pizza place and ordered right there.

The woman who helped me Liz or Liv gets 5 stars. The manager or whoever is "in charge" doesn't know how to treat people. Everything she's either yelling at her staff or belittling them. She doesn't know how to run a store. The food is decent nothing special but above all the service was bad. Not my favorite at all but I stop in, in hopes maybe it will be different person "running" things.

The service in this location has been on a very steep decline in these past few weeks. Pizza is never ready, they come up with the excuse that “the system is broken. They used to have good service and the food was always ready. They also like to open super late and close super early. Do not waste your time here and go to the location on Washtenaw
