Insomnia Cookies

Staff wasn’t very welcoming but cookies were good. They have ran out of s’mores cookies a couple times I’ve been before midnight. Not sure how the baking process works but definitely disappointing not being able to get my favorite!! Update: stopped in at 12:57am on a Friday night (Saturday morning). As we entered, two employees were exiting pushing a large bin of trash. Door was unlocked, lights were on, and open sign was lit up. Ice cream was still in the front freezer & smelt like cookies. There were two workers inside, younger girl walked to the back and spoke with a male employee. She slowly walked back up and said “um we’re closed” with no explanation. Another guy walked in 20 seconds after we exited and they told him the same thing. Seems kinda odd for “insomnia” to close before 1 am. I’ll be using another location next time.

The last three times I’ve placed an order for pickup, at least one of the flavors of cookies I’ve ordered was unavailable when I went to pick up my order. They seriously need to figure out a way to indicate the flavors that are ACTUALLY in stock when ordering online, or order their stock better. I used to go here all the time, but now I’m seriously considering trying other cookie places in the area instead. Very disappointing.

We were craving some cookies so went inside, as soon as went inside, a worker told us to wait outside because the lobby is closed. He said we'd have to place an order online (and we couldn't just tell him what we want like right there) mind you it was raining out 😐 I'm not trying to be a Karen but it just rubbed me the wrong way honestly... We got the cookies around 15 minutes later but they were rock hard. The only good thing was their ice cream ngl. Would not come or recommend this location.

If you're going to have a cashless establishment then your credit card machine should work. And the employees should be taught how to smile and speak to be heard. I had promised my 3 yr old granddaughter a cookie and had to leave without a cookie. Luckily this place is not the only cookie store in town.
