We went there for a VERY special occassion. The staff was great, the cooks should be HANGED for what they did to the PRIME RIB! If you're going to kill an animal to eat it, honor it! These cooks shouldn't be trusted with ground CHUCK let alone PRIME RIB! I ended up not eating ANYTHING after both my mother and I sent our meat back TWICE! I wanted med-rare... Should be a beautiful pink.. not GRAY CARDBOARD! The saving grace may have been the "cafeteria style", Ice Cream scoop mashed potatoes and the "gravy"

We had our friend's babyshower here and it was wonderful. We had eaten here several times before, and it was always great. This time, we had the large room, which they helped us set up. The server worked so hard to help us, above and beyond her job, as did management. They were all so kind.

The Classic Cup is great. The wait staff and hosts are always friendly, even when they are busy. The menu offers lots of choices. My kids can always find something they like. We often order breakfast for lunch. It is convenient too, there's always a space in the parking lot.

Staff makes you feel at home. They remember you when you come in, check on you while your eating...how are you, how is the food, ect.? Great atmosphere and great food. Try the Swedish meatball soup when your there, but they don't have it every day. Maybe call ahead and see first.😉

Went here for lunch and to honor my grandma's memory. Very filling meal and a decent selection. Chose one of the daily specials. Couldn't finish it, yet enjoyed it. Small, casual environment that harkens back to older times. Felt a little closer to my grandma after lunch.

Service was pretty slow despite not being busy and the server didn't seem to know what they were doing. The coffee mugs had lines in them from old coffee like they hadn't been washed and the food took a very long time to get to the table. That being said the prices are reasonable, the proportions are large and the food is very tasty. I would maybe come back but most likely look elsewhere.

Didn't feel too welcomed. Got stares from the male host. They favored the regulars, my service felt rushed and impersonal. Need hospitality lessons on how to treat visitors. Ordered an omelette with egg white but I saw yolk in it...waste of 99 cents. Tomato tasted old and soggy. Not an experience I will remember.
