I work overnights and ordered a pizza right before they closed. The domino’s on Lincoln way, was kind enough to keep the store open after they closed so I could get my pizza. Outstanding customer service!

I was able to order online 90 minutes before they closed. My payment was accepted. My order progress was updated. Then i check it online and my order is canceled. No phone call, nothing. I call the store. No answer. How PrOfEsSiOnAl🙄

This location has been so accommodating and friendly with multiple large orders! Great staff that makes sure we get exactly what we need and fixed our pizzas quickly when there was miscommunication.

Pick up was quick and convenient. However, the hand tossed pizzas were overcooked and almost burnt and the pan pizza we ordered was undercooked.

The pizza is fine. However, the tracker consistently tells me my pizza is done, but I still have to wait 10+ minutes when I get to the store for them to finish my order. I don't mind waiting at home, but don't tell me my pizza is done only to find out I have a long wait.

Terrible service. Placed an order and was provided a delivery ETA online of 30 minutes, but when an hour had passed with no updates to the online order tracker, I called the store only to be informed that my order hadn't even been made yet! Not even so much as a phone call or text message from the store to tell me my order was going to be delayed, and the manager's only excuse was 'they're short-handed' tonight. Now I'm off to a meeting without dinner for my kids. Not cool.

I love paying over $40 for pizza, bread, chicken, and cinnamon twist and then receiving my order with a burnt pizza that is cold and the other pizza looking like the driver was playing Frisby with it.
