Good English fayre done well. Give the carvery a try. If you haven't had roast beef and all the fixings for a while, this hits the spot. The gravy is great. Service can be a bit slow when it's busy. That's life

Lugar con cocina inglesa , la comida deja mucho que desear, le doy 4 estrellas por el servicio de la camarera, era la única española, se llamaba Ana,se porto genial con nosotros, la otra camarera parecía que le molestara que hubiéramos ido a comer ,un desastre en general , el local tiene mucha potencial, una lástima.

OMG!!! Pie night, wow!! Amazing food, pie was packed with so much meat and flavour the best I have had in a long time. Booked in for a Sunday lunch and I can not wait. Staff were brilliant, this place is a must to visit!!

It's a tidy and cozy restaurant with good food and daily specials. The staff is very friendly and prices are fair. The waiting time is a bit long sometimes, so some room for improvement there ;-) also I was disappointed that the selection of beers is very limited for a pub.

Lovely fish and chips and a great pud all for 8.95. Lovely staff and service. Clean, smart and a really nice laid back atmosphere. We will return! We don't go to 'Brit bar's ' in general but this is an exception. Recommended!

Really can’t fault both times we ate here; excellently priced and the food was great! Easy and plentiful parking unlike some other restaurants in the area and there’s a big choice of indoor or outdoor tables. Service and attentiveness of staff also excellent.
